Q1: How do I personalize my gift?

A1: To personalize your gift: first order your poem. As soon as your order is complete, visit our Personalize My Gift page and submit the form.

Q2: I'm interested in buying a poem but it doesn't quite say what I want it to say. Can I buy the poem with some of the words changed?

A2: Yes! Many times a poem that almost says what you want to say can be perfect by changing only a few words or phrases. We'd be glad to help you. Contact us and we'll talk about the possibilities. (fees may apply)

Q3: I'd like to give copies of a Celebrating Well poem to a large group of people (i.e. a graduating class, a group of mothers/fathers that are associated with an organization, a group of retiring employees). Can I order your poems in bulk?

A3: Yes! In fact ordering our poems in bulk will save you money. Contact Us for bulk pricing, options and orders.

Q4: I've clicked on 'watch a sample' but I only see a white box. Why?

A4: Customers can view each sample of our poems if their computer settings allow them to watch YouTube videos. If your computer settings block YouTube videos then a white box will appear on your screen when you click 'watch a sample'. To hear a sample of the poem without changing your computer settings you can contact us and we'll, gladly, call you and read our poems to you.
